How does Cash2Keys benefit our Certified Builders?
Most small to medium size builders use their own money or lines of credit to build homes for their clients. Let’s face it, New Construction loans and dealing with the draw schedules is not what most builders want to or like dealing with. Plus, there is no guarantee that when the home is completed the client will be able to still by the home. What happens if they loose their job, loose assets or fall ill or cannot sell their current home? When our builders have clients approved through the Cash2Keys platform we are providing a security blanket to the builder who knows should something happen to the client Annie Mac Private Equity will step in and purchase the home from the builder. The client would then have up to 6 months to purchase the home from Annie Mac Private Equity. Our partner builders can be confident that when that home is complete, it’s getting purchased!

How does the Builder Financing work?
It’s pretty straight forward. Our Building Specialist Shane Stinson will work with you to walk you through all the details. He knows what you are looking to do because he himself has owned a construction company for over 20 years and continues to build homes. He can relate and work together with you to get your project over the finish line.
